3 Month Cheer Lifting Programs:

Learn how to use strength and conditioning to improve your cheer skills!

These 3 month programs are designed to build muscle and improve overall endurance for cheer routines. ALL of the programs are also designed to improve tumbling, jumps and motions. So even if you are not a base or flyer, these programs are still perfect for you! The flyer programs have more emphases on single leg/ hip stability and core strength where as the base programs have slightly more emphases on shoulder stability and upper body strength.
