Improving Body Control

Many people know the term "little girl syndrome." This usually refers to a flyer who is small and does not have much body control in the air.

The solution to this syndrome, is strength training.

I mean after all the reason these flyers have difficulty in the air is because they don't have a lot of muscle and/or they don't know how to use their muscles.

We need to improve their "mind-muscle connection." The way we improve their mind-muscle connection is through slow and controlled strength training where they are actively thinking about which muscles they are using and feeling the "burn" from activating muscles they should be using in the air.

Get your flyers on a consistent and structured full body strength training program to improve their body control! See Digital Programs above for guidance for individuals. See the Strength 4 Cheer App above for a team based program.
