No more guessing on what you should be doing in the gym! I will create a personalized and structured plan for you based off of your goals, time availability and equipment. You will get access to an app that has you track your workouts and also will show you a video of how to do each exercise so that you know exactly what to do. You will also get 3, 30 minute 1-1 zoom sessions with Maria to go over any questions, update your program and/or watch your form!
Group Zoom Calls: get access to additional group zoom calls once per month to meet with other College Cheer Prep participants and learn more about strength and nutrition!
