Personalized Workout Plan

No more guessing on what you should be doing in the gym! I will create a personalized and structured plan for you based off of your goals, time availability and equipment. You will get access to an app that has you track your workouts and also will show you a video of how to do each exercise so that you know exactly what to do. You will also get 3, 30 minute 1-1 zoom sessions with Maria to go over any questions, update your program and/or watch your form!

Customized Nutrition Plan

I am bringing in expert dietitian and Cincinnati Bengals Cheerleader, Ashley Martinez to work with you 1 on 1 to ensure your nutritional needs are met. Ashley is the founder of Nutrition For Cheerleaders and specializes in helping cheerleaders reach their goals and learn how to fuel for better performance! She will give you a personalized nutrition plan based off a 1-1 assessment and check in with you via zoom once per month to make sure you are on the right track! Access to message Ashley also available via our app.

Accountability and Motivation

You will have 24/7 access to me for any questions you have! I encourage my clients to message me personally and send me screenshots or videos of their workout/ progress! I will make sure to check in with you weekly via in app messaging to make sure you are staying accountable to your goals and the plan we have created together!

Group Zoom Calls: get access to additional group zoom calls once per month to meet with other College Cheer Prep participants and learn more about strength and nutrition!
