12 Week Youth Summer Bootcamp!

Hello there! Are you ready to take your cheerleading skills to the next level? Introducing the 12-Week Cheer Transformation Challenge with The Cheer Doctor! This is your chance to elevate your game and become the best version of yourself both on and off the mat.

Imagine spending your summer surrounded by a group of highly motivated cheerleaders, all pushing each other to reach new heights.

With our program, you'll join this dynamic group for in-person workout sessions anywhere from 1 to 3 times a week, every Sunday 11am-12pm, Tuesday 1-2pm and/or Wednesday 1-2pm. Our Classes will run from Tuesday, May 27th through Sunday, August 17th.

Here's what you get:

1. In-Person Workouts: Workouts led by 3 time USA Cheer gold medal winner and physical therapist Dr. Maria. Workout with a group of other cheerleaders with the same goal! Each day of the week will have a different workout mean to improve strength and conditioning for cheer skills.

2. Band Group Access: Join my community with other cheerleaders across the country for advice, support and questions as well as access to our guest speaker library where you can learn from dietitians, sport psychologists and more!

3. Save $$: The more classes you take per week, the more money you save per class.

This program is for athletes 9-11

You may come to other available classes during the week that you did not sign up for if you need to make up days you missed due to vacation, etc. However, ALL makeup classes must be completed during the timeline of the program or will be forfeited.
